Jeffery D. Henderson is the Founder and CEO of Youth Business University which was birthed in December 2010.  During 2016,  the organizations served over 

Jeffery Full Photo8,000 youth, 1,500 adults, and helped feed over.2,000 homeless individually, including 80 youth between 18 - 21 years old at the Covenant House Georgia.  CEO Henderson is a Global Motivational Speaker and Trainer and he has over 40 years of experience in the Youth Development sector. Since the age of 15, Coach Henderson has been an advocate for youth when he first spoke at Harvard University at the National Council of State Committees for Youth Helping Youth.

While attending St. Paul Central High, MN, he was involved in following youth programs:

  • All City Student Council (President) - Burlington Northern Law Association Burlington Northern Law Association (President) Mayor's Youth Commission, School Board Youth Advisory Committee, and Senate Aide.  

While attending Clark Atlanta University (Atlanta, GA), he was President of Phi Beta Lambda (College Business Association).and a member of the Cinema Club.

(HPAC), Board Member of the Board of Directors for Picture of Health Foundation, Inc., Board Member of More than Conquerors Inc., Board Member of PACE (Professional Association of Customer Engagement), Board Member of Youth Education Sports (YES).

As an event planner, he helped several non-profit organizations (combined) raise over $400,000.

Stefon Adams revStefon Lee Adams is the Co-Founder and President of Next Level Youth Sports Camps which is an athletic outreach dedicated to teaching youth sports fundamentals including speed, strength, agility, and quickness, in a creative, positive and fun learning environment.

Stefon is a former professional American football defensive back in the National Football League. He played six seasons for the Los Angeles Raiders, the Cleveland Browns, and the Miami Dolphins.

Twanda Black revTwanda is also the Public Affairs Director for KISS 1041.1 FM where she serves as the liaison between the station and the community and hosts the public affairs talk show “Business in the Black” every Sunday from 5am-7am.  She is also the Host of "Good News Gospel" weekday mornings from 4:00 AM-5:30 AM just before the "Tom Joyner Morning Show" and every Sunday from 7:00 AM to 12 noon.

Twanda loves that she gets to use her Public Relations/Communications degree earned at Berry College on a daily basis. She was recently honored as one of Atlanta’s Top 100 Women of Influence by the Atlanta Business League. She is a mother of two young men, an ordained minister, a published writer, an avid reader and an amateur photographer.

Having served in many positions in the field and home offices, Mr. Choate was the former President of Bankers Fidelity Life Insurance Company for over 23 years.  He is a member of the Board of Directors for Bankers Fidelity Life Insurance Company, domiciled in Georgia and a part of Atlantic American Corporation.

As the Secretary Men's Ministry Leader, Assistant General Manager and Athletics Director, one of Harold Fabre’s responsibilities will be to oversee the entire Youth Business University Athletics Program such as e-games, bowling, basketball, track and field, Lacrosse, golf, fencing, archery, tennis, soccer, martial arts, and football over the next 7 years.  

01 harold2Harold Fabre is originally from Gary, Indiana where he started in athletics as the anchor on the 4X100 relay track team in elementary and middle school.  He also played basketball as a point guard in the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) athletic youth program. 

Fabre continued his desire to play sports by playing several years in community little league baseball and youth basketball. 

In high school, Fabre was co-captain of the swimming team and made the varsity team in his freshman year where he won numerous events and trophies and placed third in the city-wide backstroke event. He went on to become a lifeguard for the city of Gary, and certified water -safety instructor for the YMCA.

Other sports that he participated in were bowling, regular tennis and table tennis,  basketball and martial arts, (Tae Kwon Do) while in college.

Fabre had the opportunity to coach baseball for one of his church’s little league baseball teams for several years. He also taught swimming lessons to adult and youth for DeKalb County, Georgia when he worked as a lifeguard.  

Fabre is currently a volunteer teacher and ambassador with the Discipleship Ministry at his church.

Fabre earned a B.A. Degree in Business Administration as a graduate of Clark Atlanta University and earned the “Student Achievement Award” in advertising and marketing in his senior year. He was a member of the Phi Beta Lambda business club and chairman of the marketing committee. 

During his career, Fabre became a retail store manager for a consumer electronics company where he was recognized for achieving the highest profit margin in the company. He then moved on to managing and supervising facilities and warehouse operations for major Fortune 500 companies.

Jessica is an empowerment agent. In fact, she has been empowering people since grade school. At age 13 she launched the peer mediator club and began volunteering at her local food pantry. She realized the benefit of mentoring and community service early on; it was her purpose in life. Jessica is passionate about helping others realize their maximum potential and achieve their dreams.

In addition, she recently graduated over 100 new youth start-ups from schools throughout Metro Atlanta and surrounding counties. With the support of her team, Jessica was able to provide financial literacy training to over 20,000 students between the 2015-2017 school years.

Outside of her community work, she runs a busy household with her husband of 19 years, Marlon, and their four children: Marlon Jr., Derrick, Grant, and Alicia.

artis webb 1Most men in this world have a common goal. Some want to be rich, famous and others want to be business owners, good fathers, husbands, and etc. Have you ever met a man that owned all of these tasks, making time for each one to the best of his ability and not failing in any areas?  Very few people in this day and time would want the responsibility of all this, but there is one man that takes it on full force, with wisdom, vision, and courage. His name is Artis Webb.

Before I get into the success and business part of my story, let me tell you a little about Artis Webb. Artis Webb took it upon himself to go out and find a job to provide for his family, working cleaning windows making $2.69 per hour in Durham Research Triangle Area, barely making enough to get by. Then Artis ran into what one day would be his passion and dream career. One simple ad in the paper would determine his financial success from this point on.  Artis walked into a Kirby interview and it was a life changing experience. Artis’ first month in the business, though part time, sold 16 Kirby’s. Not stopping there from his second month all the way to his seventh month he sold over 24 Kirby’s a month with a high month of 33 sales earning a presidents pen as well as his 5 diamond medallion. Within his first (11) months he was promoted to a (D.T) Distributor Trainee in Burlington, NC.

He lost his entire organization, his financing, and the IRS people threaten to pad lock his office. Yet, Webb turned his frustration, pain into inspiration and motivation. He immediately delivered 105 demos and sold 105 Kirby’s in a role. Thus, he delivered his most outstanding achievement as a sales leader dealer and confidence builder. He achieved his long term goal of providing a beautiful eleven room home for his mother. Later Artis would become becoming the National Sales Manager for the entire World of Kirby in which he traveled to almost (70) countries, inspiring and motivating sale forces around the world and achieving the legacy as the Head Rhino.

Besides being a National Sales Manager for the entire World of Kirby. Webb is a best selling author. He wrote the book Guts and Glory…An American Story….You GOT’s to be CRAZY!!”. Thus, this book will inspire, enhance, motivate, and help you learn how to leverage your talents and strengths in life and in business!  This is Mr. Webb’s journey and the story of his life…
